We had already evoked the trial of the 3 men who had voluntarily injected the HIV virus to partners during an orgy that they organized (16/10). The court has decided to impose 9 years of imprisonment for Peter Mulder, 5 years for Hans Jurgens and 18 months for Win Dekker. The facts had not been denied and the difference in the sanctions is linked to the different involvement of the three men in this crazy case.
