The gay couples will get married at the town hall in Toulouse

The Capitole where more than 2000 weddings are celebrated each year will welcome homosexual couples from Toulouse for the signature of their Pacs (Frenc civil union). So is the decision of Pierre Cohen, the present mayor of the Pink city, as Toulouse is known. Pierre Cohen made the promise during the election campaign. Moreover, he will himself symbolically celebrate the first union.
Toulouse is different from other French towns by the fact that couples have to sign their Pacs in a simple office of the magistrates’ court. An example to follow…
