New Health Minister an asset in the fight against AIDS

South Africa has just appointed a new Health Minister, Barbara Hogan, a real asset in the fight against AIDS in the country. She will base her policy on a good distribution of treatments and attentive care with « compassion and passion ». Her nomination is a relief in the country as her predecessor proved unable to set up an efficient AIDS care system. South Africa is the most AIDS affected country in the world.
