An extensive package of special privileges is included in the room rate (see website). The Tarntawan Place has 67 deluxe rooms and 8 suites well appointed with many specific services as well. It is also classified as a Deluxe Boutique Hotel. Gay cafes "Dick's Cafe Bangkok" (Bangkok) and "Dick's Cafe Jomtien" (Pattaya) are also managed by the Tarntawan team.
