PODERE LA CASETTA

PODERE LA CASETTA is a little farm in the countryside, in the region Umbria. Uncontaminated landscape, close to beautiful towns like Todi, Sangemini, Amelia. An extraordinary valley is in front of the farm. The stone house (300 mq) was recently renovated : an original design work in respect with the umbria architectonic tradition opens to a beautiful valley. A small house (60 mq) for 4 people is enclosed. It's composed by one living room with kitchen, one bedroom, one bathroom and a small courtyard. The outbuilding is completely autonomous from the main house facing the valley and an open swimming pool (12x6 mt; deep 2.40 mt).
The hospitality in the farm is in the form of bed & breakfast, with very few guests (max 4) looking for absolute relax, in the silence and tranquillity, and in a friendly environment.
