The 3 star MONTAGU HOTEL’s Colonial “Art Deco” style is based on the 1920’s Paris design. This unique style is themed throughout the hotel, making the old world charm very evident. The Hotel specializes in traditional cuisine, complimented by local wines, while Golden Oldies played on a Baby Grand takes you back in time. The Dog and Trumpet pub and wooden deck is the ideal spot for a sundowner. Guests can experience the healing water of the mineral pool. The Wellness Center specializes in health treatments, and boast a steamroom and mineral bath.

Owner : Gert Lubbe from Stellenbosch, 30 years in the trade. Loves classical music, animals, gardening and classic American cars. Manager : P-J Basson from Beaufort West, been working for Gert for 10 years. Loves nature and outdoor activities, sport and good music.
