Metro S-Bahn Ostbahnhof. Walk up Pariser Street, then turn right on Am Wriezener Bahnhof street, which looks like a no-man's land. You'll see the Metro superstore far ahead of you. On the left side, a big building looking abandoned. The entrance of the club is on the left of the building. Do not mistaken it with the dance club entrance (gay-friendly only) which is on the front of the building.
