LA SURPRISE is in a recently renovated Villa in a quiet area with stunning views. The house has been tastefully restored to a high standard. The interior design is a simple provencal look. Accommodation comprises of four double rooms with private en-suite facilities each with their own independent entrances. All of the rooms have been finished to a high standard and including heating for the winter and an electric fan for the summer. There is a large swimming pool for guests use and lovely secluded gardens to enjoy.

Clothes free sunbathing is allowed around the pool area, subject to confirmation, as there are other guests during busy times of the year.

LA SURPRISE is in a quiet area but has all of the local attractions nearby : close to Grasse, Cannes, Tourrettes sur Loup, St Paul de Vence, Mougins and Valbonne and only 30 minutes from Nice and the Airport.
There is so much to see locally - from the perfume houses in Grasse, the chic shopping in Cannes or the lovely hill top villages of Mougins, St Paul de Vence, Gourdon and Tourrettes sur Loup. Great places to wander and enjoy the narrow streets and have a leisurely lunch or dinner. The local restaurants are excellent with a wide choice of traditional French cuisine, from gastronomic to simple local inexpensive restaurants in the area.
Grasse – Famous perfume producing area only 3 minutes away. Lovely city with views to the coast.
St Paul de Vence – A famous mediaeval village with many local artists and sculptors, wonderful views to Nice, Cannes and Antibes. Many famous artists work can be found here including Matisse and Picasso.
Tourrettes sur Loup – mediaeval village with many local artists producing pottery, jewellery, art, wood and leather products,. Lovely village square under pine trees with many local bars and restaurants.
Cannes – Chic shopping, sandy beaches and lovely restaurants. And you may even see the odd celebrity!
Mougins – Very pretty hill top village with lovely restaurants, antique shops and artists. Great views and lots of local craft shops to buy that special present to take home
