HOTEL THE GOLDEN BEAR is the most popular gay hotel in town. Located in two historical buildings dating from 1737. First gay hotel of Amsterdam; started in 1948. All touristical places and gay places of interest like bars, saunas etc, just a short stroll away. In the middle of the shopping centre.
A welcoming place for gay and lesbian people from all over the world. Cosy breakfast room; a place to meet other guests. Many times interesting conversations going on. |
The owner is Theo : beartype, real Dutch. Other receptionists are Alexander, Peter and David.
