The CITY COTTAGE is located in a romantic italian style garden in the city of Dresden. It is ideal for 2 to 4 persons. One bedroom is upstairs. The living room can be transformed in a secondary bed room. The dining room contains a kitchenette. The CITY RESIDENCE is the Bell'Etage of the front building, tastefully equipped and combining the style of the 19th century with modern amenities. It offers 2 bed rooms and a living room. The spaceful kitchen can be used as dining room as well. Best for 6 persons, but can be extended to 8 by transforming the living room in a bed room. The CITY APPARTMENT is located in the mansarde of the main building, in a cosy and tasteful design. The bedroom contains a king size bed and a sofa which can be transformed in a small bed. So it can be used by 3 persons, but is best for 2. The seperate dining room is equipped with a kitchenette.

Bernd Hoffmann is a native Dresdener. He has been working in tourism business since 1985. He likes travelling. Thus he learned english in Florida. He lives in the same house together with his boy friend.

One Parking space can be rented for 5 euros per night. All appartments are NON SMOKING facitlities. Breakfast is not included, but a pub with breakfeast buffet and a bakery are in 2 min. distance.

Located in Dresden-Neustadt. The Dresden Neustadt train station (ICE, IC, EC, Airport S-Bahn) is just 7 min. walk. The tram stop to the historic center (line 7,8) is in 50 m distance. 5 minutes walk from gay bars and a public swimming pool including sauna 5 minutes, 10 min. from the gay sauna. 20 minutes walk from the famous Semperopera house and the major museums.
