The APPARTEMENT D'HoTES CREMIEUX is a comfortable furnished flat for rent for 1 or 2 persons in a typical Parisien pedestrian street; in front of la Gare de Lyon and close to la Bastille and le Marais. The 28-meter square Flat is situated on the second level of an ancient building. The Flat has been entirely redone. The 3 double windows are facing the pedestrian street.
The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and a stand up closet. The bathroom has a spacious shower, WC and a towel heater. A washer-dryer is also at your disposal, as well as an iron and an ironing board. Bedding and linen are provided.

Joël comes from Québec-Canada. Nicolas is not a native Parisian - since he is originally from the south of France. They welcome you with pleasure and simplicity. They like it when people who stay at their home feel free and comfortable. They will be at your disposal for any information on the city and the neighborhood and to guide you to find the good places to go.

In the living room you will find a table-bar and a leather sofa. Also available in the flat : high-speed internet (WiFi), television (100 channels), DVD player and Hi-Fi stereo.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, vitroceramic plate, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and dishes. Upon your arrival you will find what you need for your breakfasts in the refrigerator such as: tea, coffee, milk, bread, butter and jams…

Metro access: stations Gare de Lyon (lines 1 & 14) or Quai de la Rapée (line 5). Train acces : Gare de Lyon railway station (TGV south), RER A & D, Austerlitz railway station.
At 5/10 minute walking distance: la Bastille and le Marais (the gay area), Lyon's railway station, Austerlitz's railway station and the "Jardin des Plantes", the river Seine, Aligre's market...By car: Parking Bastille-Opéra at 3 mn (entrance avenue Daumesnil).
