A BEAUTE

A BEAUTE is a step-roofed house, typical of Bruges. Like so many others in the neighbourhood, the house was built in the twenties (1923), just after the First World War. The furnishings are an interesting mix of industrial and natural materials. There is a single apartment to rent and you have to pass through the hall to reach to your floor, but your independance is guaranted. Moreover the street is not a residential street with very little tourist accommodation, it gives the opportunity for you to see how Bruges people live...

Mike Goudeseune and Mike Deschamps are the owners of the house. They are both 30-ers and bought this house 5 years ago. They are an open minded gay couple with a busy professional life, but try to make their best to help you during your stay !

The B&B is in walking distance (10 minutes) of the ancient city centre. At the end of the street you can take the bus to the centre or to the railway station. The house is located at the "Ezelpoort" (Ezel is the Dutch word for donkey) and has a view over the ancient part of the Bruges city centre. There are plenty of free parking place in front of the house. You can also rent bikes for day trips in the city centre.
Supermarket, post office, bank, bistro and restaurants, bakery, butcher, library are within walking distance.
